My name is Jennifer Ortiz and I started Dagger Media in 2016 as an aspiring filmmaker. Dagger Media quickly turned into helping companies make deeper emotional connections with their customers through creative storytelling. If you need a short film to tell a story, a commercial, product ad, product photography, or an event documented, no need to look further. From conceptualization to production, I am your last stop.
Born in the City of Angels, Southern California is home. A place where the sun shines bright and around every corner is a different walk of life. I am a Filmmaker, writer, director, video editor, and photographer but in a nutshell a storyteller on paper and on screen.
I attended CSULA where I studied Television and Film. I went on to work in Media Marketing. In 2024 I strive to create short film content for larger companies and elevate their social media presence through video.
